What’s the vision?
We are currently being forced into a time of great change that will help us birth a new consciousness so we can bring more compassion and kindness to the world. It is time for the divine feminine to be liberated in order to bring much needed balance and renewal. As women we’re taught that the answers exist outside of ourselves and are discouraged from following our intuition. But everything you need to heal and resource yourself is already inside you. We must turn inwards to connect with our inner wisdom, our true nature, and our vast potential. We must come together to support each other, to heal each other, and to witness the beauty in each other in order to rise up. When we change ourselves, we change the world.
What does it involve?
Regular, precious, nourishing time for you! Space to breathe, relax and connect. Time to discover, heal and grow. An opportunity to share and connect on a soul level, with other like-minded women, in an intimate (group of no more than 8 participants), co-created space. To bear witness, and to be seen and honoured.
The holding space will also provide you with the opportunity to learn and develop new self-care and spiritual tools to create or enhance a regular wellbeing practice. I facilitate activities including: guided visualisations; meditations; breathwork; working with intentions and core values; releasing and manifesting with the moon; Reiki and Theta Healing infused energy work; cleansing rituals / ceremonies; ancestral healing; inner child and shadow work; creative activities; chakra balancing; EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques); connecting with your own higher power / wise beings / guardian angels / spirit animals / guides; healing work in the Akashic Records; connecting with goddesses and divine feminine energy… and more.
These are powerful and transformational tools enhanced by the collective energy of a sacred group space.
When & where?
Every other Tuesday, 7.30pm-8.45pm, on Zoom.
What’s the investment?
A monthly investment of £30 and a willingness to grow and evolve. I can’t promise it will always be beautiful and sparkly (although at times it most certainly will) but even when it's challenging I can assure you that it is 100% worthwhile. The caterpillar is terrified inside the cocoon but without the transformation it cannot spread its wings and fly. I’m excited about being part of your healing and transformational journey.
